Want to pose this question to the more knowlegeable:
If I use sitewide AWL (as defined in my /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf) but
still allow individual users to create their own user_prefs where they could
create whitelist_from entries would this skew the sitewide AWL db for other
users? Here is an example - Lets say that user1 adds a whitelist_from entry
for a particular sender to his user_prefs file. As I understand, this will
this cause the sender to be entered into the AWL db with a large -ve score
after a few mailings. Now the problem may arise where other users don't
want this sender to have a negative score. Perhaps one user likes a
particular spammy list but another user doesn't so the first user whitelists
the sender which eventually whitelists it (via the sitewide AWL db) for
everyone else. Correct? Just wanted to check my logic. If I'm right then
its best to use personal AWL if you also use personal user_prefs. Or is the
chance of this happening pretty slim and not worth concerning yourself with?

Thanks for any input,
---
Ed
