[SAtalk] Help with installation????

I tried to download Spam Assassin and now I can't get it to work???  I tried downloading it as a zip and also the first version listed on the page.  Everytime I unzipped and attempted to load using WinZip I got an error message from Microsoft and it closed down.  I'm not a computer whiz person but I have downloaded programs before without a problem.  Any directions will be appreciated as I am swamped with Spam mail.  I use block sender and have 90 some rules with Outlook Express and it doesn't seem to work.  I really appreciate your help.  I saw the information about your program on Good Morning America.   Cheryl Harlow
