Note that now it mentions a "cookie" featuring in the test mail, so they can have some kind of "trust" of who's sending the message to listme, and two blacklists -- One for "confirmed" sources, one for everything else, so you could conceivably score the confirmed at 4.0 and the unconfirmed at 0.5.
