I've had two messages squeak through SA's spam filters that came from intervolved.net. They claim that they are opt-in, but the opt-in is with some "business partner" that they do not name and the spam is sent advertising other "business partners" so there is no way of knowing how I got on the list even if I did ever opt in anywhere. There is a click to remove URL that goes to an intervolved.net page. I tried that with one email address and a few days later got another intervolved.net spam sent to it.
So I suggest adding some points for an intervolved.net URL in the body, and/or in the disclaimer, and/or the domain appearing in the From or one of the other headers.
