Ooh, ick.  I'd suggest that the scores recorded in the AWL never include
values derived from explicit whitelist/blacklist rules.  If I delete an
address from the whitelist in user_prefs, that should be that -- SA should
not be remembering for all time that I *used to* have that address on the
whitelist.

I realize that implementing the above might be a lot more complicated than
saying it.
