I just got a spam with this "To" header:
To: <Undisclosed-Recipient: ;@starship.python.net>
...is that malformed? (No, I still haven't memorized RFC 2822, sorry.)
The TO_MALFORMED test does *not* catch it.
(In fact, *no* tests caught this spam -- not a single one! But that's
another issue...)
