Yes, my test set-up is still running 2.11. I could reproduce the problem
and putting the header line in local.cf cured it :-
X-Spam-Status: No, hits=2.2 required=5.0 tests=SUBJ_ALL_CAPS,FROM_AND_TO_SAME
version=2.11
X-Spam-Status: No, hits=0.2 required=5.0 tests=FROM_AND_TO_SAME version=2.11
with a message with no Subject:.
