I think you need to learn how Internet email works.  Specifically, the
addresses in the header don't necessarily have anything to do with the
addresses that actually sent or received the message.  Look at the full
headers; if you're using a decent MTA, the envelope recipient (ie. you)
should be in "Delivered-to" or one of the top "Received" headers.

All the time.  3 years ago, 99+% of spam had a completely bogus "To"
header.  Nowadays it's maybe 50%.
