X-Authentication-Warning shows up in an awful lot of perfectly ordinary mail. It means only that sendmail was invoked with the -f option. If this rule wre to be included, I'd recommend that it not be a simple existence check; it should at least examine the field contents to see if the domain of the sending system differs from the domain of the sender address.
