I agree as far as feeding emails back into spamassassin goes.  That's
just a small shell script.

The annoyance I'd like to avoid is the initial filter pass.  You
really want the email saved to to the delay queue to be the exact
original email *and* you want it done without changing the whitelist
counts.  In addition, you also need the SA score before you can make
an intelligent decision.  Yes/no on exit status isn't enough (and you
also want a different number of required hits).
