Until just about 5 minutes ago we were waiting on a GA run to rescore the
rules.  Now that's done, we're waiting on me to clear out my backlog of
emails from people asking when the release will be.  In other words, I'm
planning on doing the release tonight (assuming justin's release scripts all
work as expected).
