The Postfix distribution contains the document 'FILTER_README' which
explains exactly how to construct a simple content filter based on shell
scripts.

It also covers using a spamproxyd-alike SMTP based filter. IIRC, this is
already referenced, but if not, drop that in.

It should stay up to date WRT Postfix changes and all, too. :)
