Check your email headers for the X-Spam-Flag header. If you dont see it, make sure you have set QMAILQUEUE enviroment variable when you invoke qmail-smtpd. # QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl" # export QMAILQUEUE # echo -e "To: postmaster@localhost\nSubject: This is a QMAILQUEUE test\n\n" | /var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject After you run that, check your postmaster account and there should be a message there.
