Yeh. Create a webpage where users can submit the email, or re-educate
outlook/evolution so it properly implements the 'Resending' of messages
(aka bouncing) :)

I suspect the former is a lot easier :D

Another option is to write a little perl that handles attached spam
messages and have that handle "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" or summat
