I think that's what the port 10025 stuff that some programs use is for.
The postfix docs say that the minimal script you are using should work..
their example script just sends its data back through sendmail.  I've always
used SA as part of a longer chain of commands, so never come across this
problem.

Presumably there's an option to the sendmail command that forces its output
through another port, or sets the relay command.  It's not documented,
though :-(
