You need to set the project properties correctly. According to the project properties: Relative path: "The relative path of the files in this project on the archive. For eg. If the archive name is 'HelloWorld', but the location of the files for this project is 'HelloWorld/Project1/src' then set this value to '/Project1/src/' and the archive property to 'HelloWorld'. If the files for this project are directly under the 'HelloWorld' archive, then leave this as empty."
There is no need for c:\ in the relative path. The relative path is the path in the sourcejammer archive. It is the relative path pointing to the location of your files, after you are connected to the archive.
