Hello, Volod. One thing you should try is connecting to the SJ address using a web browser. If all is well, you will get an error message from Apache SOAP saying something about how Apache SOAP cannot use HTTP Get.
You can also try hitting <server address>:9090/sourcejammer with a web browser. This should show a reasonable looking web page. If you can do both of these things, then SJ is running and you can connect to it at the address you're trying to use. If that's the case then you should double check the address in the SJ client tool to make sure there are no typing mistakes.
