Hi, Naveen, Everyone gets a "node lock error" from time to time. This is something I want to fix for the next release. But when I say from time to time, I mean maybe once a year or so. I'm surprised to hear that you're getting this error again and again after re-starting the SJ server.
How many users are testing SJ for you right now? I'm curious of this is a scalability issue. I doubt that it is, though. Usually the "node lock" issue means that SJ entered a race condition with itself--meaning two users tried to access the same file or folder at the same time. Now, this only happens if the file or folder in question is not already in the in-memory cache on the server. The problem seems to occur, in fact, when SJ tries to put a particular file/folder into the cache when it is already in the process of doing so. Hopefully this is helpful information for you.
