http://sjextensions.sourceforge.net/ I admit it is not very thorough. The 4th step is that you need to set up the SJ Eclipse properties for a project. Pull up the properties dialog for your Eclipse Project and you should see an SJ Eclipse section. The page I've linked to above describes what you need to do next.
