Hello, Shital. SourceJammer stores all of its files using its own naming convention, which is actually pretty simple, but not relavent right now. It does not use the actual name of the file to name it's own representation of your file.
If you want a simple to install and set up backup utility, you might want to look at SyncJammer (another tool I coded a while back).
