You're right that you can't do what you're suggesting with the current version of SJ. Each SJ folder maps to one and only one default local directory. Far be it from me to tell you how to manage your files, but I'd prefer to encourage people to set up their local file structure to mimic the structure they want to have in their SJ archive. Even if there were no problem from a programming perspective in adding the feature that you want, I'd be worried about it being "dangerous in the wrong hands." Personally, I'm not sure this is a feature I'd want in SJ. But I'd like to hear what others think. I've been known to be swayed when multiple people ask for the same feature.
