No. I wish there was. This is something I thought about doing a while back, but 
never actually
worked on. VSS provides a command line interface. My idea was to automate the 
VSS CL with a little
java app, parse the responses, and crawl through all of your VSS "projects" and 
then automate an
SJ client and create the same "projects" and file and history. 

This would probably not be that hard to build, and on the SJ side, there's a 
simple api you can
use to automate the client. Let me know if this is something you guys might 
want to work on. If
so, I'd be happy to help out and would hope to share the results with other 
people (such as
myself) looking to migrate old VSS repositories to SJ.
