i am not absolutely sure about that problem; but i learned that, most
times such kind of problems occur, the cause is one or more corrupted
xml files.
So i recommnend to check the following files about consistency:
sourcejammer/server/filesys/users.xml
and for every archive:
sourcejammer/server/filesys/[archive_name].sja
Lookout for empty Tags (like <userName></userName> or something like that),
unclosed Tags, and unallowed characters.
