Hi, Patrick.

I did a quick Google search of your error message and I found this response on a soap
mail
archive:

******
The HTTP status line is the line like

        HTTP/1.0 200 OK

that each HTTP response starts with. The error message indicates an
empty line is being parsed, which usually means the Web server has
closed its side of the connection, which in turn means something has
gone wrong on the server. Have you checked the server logs and/or
any logs the app server maintains?
******

Could you check the server-side logs and see if they give us any insight? Also, does
this error
only happen when you add files, or is it also happening when you perform other actions?

Thanks.
