[SourceJammer-users] SourceJammer 2.1.0.0 - Could not locate or access the Unique Name Counter File.null

We have been using SourceJammer 2.1.0.0 successfully on our server for the last 2 months.   We are now receiving the following error message whenever we try to CheckIn any file.   "Could not locate or access the Unique Name Counter File.null"   The file does not get updated as checked in. We can Get Files and Check Out files, only Check In seems to fail ???   Any ideas what has gone wrong ?   thanks
