Log Message:
Rather than having to track changes in GENERIC and incorporate them
into NOCOMPAT, just include GENERIC and then turn off the various
COMPAT options.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.1.2.6 -r1.1.2.7 src/sys/arch/amd64/conf/NOCOMPAT
