Remove unused symbols from <sys/sysctl.h>
Drop: P_PAXMPROTECT and P_PAXNOMPROTECT.
These values are unused and the proper way to check PaX MPROTECT is to use
CTL_PROC.pid().PROC_PID_PAXFLAGS and check CTL_PROC_PAXFLAGS_MPROTECT.
