Fix KASSERT panic. When detaching USB host controoler, the following panic
occured:
kernel diagnostic assertion "sc->sc_intrxfer == xfer" failed: file
"../../../../dev/usb/ohci.c", line 1720
Clear sc_intrxfer correctly. Adviced by Nick and tested by me.
