compat_util.c must be compiled by default in the kernel. It is needed by
generic non-compat code, so it must not depend on anything (libcompat or
whatever option we choose to associate it to).
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.61 -r1.62 src/sys/compat/common/Makefile
cvs rdiff -u -r1.15 -r1.16 src/sys/kern/files.kern
