Log Message:
Add hw.synaptics.movement_enable sysctl. Default value is 1, but if set
to 0 disables movement events from the touchpad.
While here, fixup a few sysctl nodenum comparisons in
pms_sysctl_synaptics_verify to compare against node numbers instead of
values.
