- gcc.old == gcc-5.3, so copy mknative-gcc{,.old} and adjust
- disable dual libstdc++ abi per joerg
(https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/manual/using_dual_abi.html)
will require a major libstdc++ major bump.
