Log Message:
Add a way to pass -a and -x to du(1). These allow one to 'dust' a
filesystem (-x) or see what files are the big offenders (-a) rather
than just the big directories (default).
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.2 -r1.3 othersrc/external/bsd/dust/dist/dust.1 \
othersrc/external/bsd/dust/dist/dust.sh
