Pull up following revision(s) (requested by joerg in ticket #1258):
sys/arch/amd64/conf/std.xen: revision 1.8
sys/arch/xen/conf/std.xen: revision 1.8
Use the same process and file limits as normal AND64 for Xen kernels.
Given Xen/i386 the same process and file limit as native i386.
