Include evbarm.conf as same as other conf files
evbarm.conf ensures ${mnt}/boot exists so that it avoids the error:
/home/builds/ab/HEAD/src/distrib/utils/embedded/mkimage: cannot create \
/tmp/mkimage.24444a/mnt/boot/cmdline.txt: directory nonexistent
