Pull up revisions:
src/distrib/x68k/cdroms/installcd/Makefile revisions 1.2,1.3
(requested by tsutsui in ticket #708).
The x68k installcd is now bootable.
Use CDBUILDEXTRA to copy secondary bootloader into target CD iso image.
To generate a diff of this commit:
