- fix alignment issues in ipmon
- protoize ipmon.c, use void *, size_t instead of char *, int.
missed a const commit
Don't play stupid pet tricks with alignments and simplify the code not
to allocate/copy.
copy structures for alignment purposes
Remove ipl overwrite. Which was missed in previous.
