Log Message:
Add the Raspberry PI firmware VC mailbox channel numbers.
Add some VC property tag definitions and use them to get ARM/VC memory
split.
Grab a few others things in the process, but don't do anything other than
display them when VERBOSE_INIT_ARM is defined.
