Make NetBSD/x68k kernel work with 8KB/page (i.e. PGSHIFT==13) settings.
It's quite interesting to check ATC miss rate with both settings on XM6i,
as noted in XM6i presentation by isaki@ at OSC 2011 Hiroshima.
