get this some what working with GCC 4.5. i at least have managed to
get crtstuff and libgcc to build for amd64, and have linked and tested
/bin/sh with all these GCC 4.5 compiled part.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.38 -r1.39 src/tools/gcc/Makefile
cvs rdiff -u -r1.46 -r1.47 src/tools/gcc/mknative-gcc
