Log Message:
Add flag/command NFSSVC_REPLACEEXPORTSLIST to nfssvc(2) system call.
Works like NFSSVC_SETEXPORTSLIST but supports "mel_nexports > 1"
and will atomically update the complete exports list for a file system.
