- include opt_multiprocessor.h for MULTIPROCESSOR dependency
- in rmixl_pcr_init_core(), ifdef MIPS_DDB_WATCH, clear IEU_DEFEATURE
so we can get T_WATCH execeptions if/when we set COP0 watchpoint
