Pull up following revision(s) (requested by riastradh in ticket #789):
sys/miscfs/deadfs/dead_vnops.c: revision 1.62
Use vn_bwrite, not genfs_nullop, for VOP_BWRITE.
VOP_BWRITE is responsible for calling biodone; can't just leave it
hanging.
