amd64/XEN3_DOMU: Pass -g to build debug data like GENERIC.
Needed for CTF data by dtrace when MKDEBUG=no MKDEBUGKERNEL=no.
amd64/XEN3_DOMU: Enable KDTRACE_HOOKS.
