libnvmm: Add expected symbols list.
amd64-specific nvmm.x86_64.expsym for now -- I expect this to be
machine-dependent for a while. To make sure future architectures get
expsyms, I've also added an empty machine-independent nvmm.expsym
which will trigger a build failure.
PR lib/58838: shared libraries in base should all have expsym lists
