Log Message:
mcommphy(4): add support for YT85[23]1

The YT8531 support has been tested with additional changes on a
VisionFive2 board which requires several device properties propogated

  rx-internal-delay-ps
  tx-internal-delay-ps
  motorcomm,rx-clk-drv-microamp
  motorcomm,rx-data-drv-microamp
  motorcomm,tx-clk-adj-enabled
  motorcomm,tx-clk-10-inverted
  motorcomm,tx-clk-100-inverted
  motorcomm,tx-clk-1000-inverted

The YT8521 currently isn't attached, but support should work. It seems
a VisionFive has this PHY.
