Pull up following revision(s) (requested by rin in ticket #828):
sys/dev/usb/if_cdce.c: revision 1.82
There is no link state for CDCE. Pretend that the link is always up so that
programs like dhcpcd will handle the interface.
To generate a diff of this commit:
