mbrtoc16(3), mbrtoc32(3): brush up markup
Split long .Fn lines into Fo/Fa/Fc. Dont indent the list of return
values. Don't use artisanal -width.
Untabify code examples - indented literal displays don't have correct
tab stops consistent with tab stops in the fixed font code, so the
lines end up misaligned in the PostScript output.
