Committed By: uwe

Modified Files:
        src/bin/sh: sh.1

Log Message:
sh(1): fix up formatting of syntax examples

.Bd -literal with all lines explicitly formatted (usually with .Ic)
doesn't seem to work too well with mandoc shipped with the heirloom
doctools - the next paragraph after the display remains literal.
Use .Bd -unfilled instead.
