Pull up following revision(s) (requested by msaitoh in ticket #198):

        sys/arch/x86/pci/amdsmn.c: revision 1.16
        sys/arch/x86/pci/amdzentemp.c: revision 1.17
        sys/arch/x86/pci/amdzentemp.c: revision 1.18

Reduce diff against DragonFly. No functional change.
amdsmn(4),amdzentemp(4): Add Zen3+ Rembrandt(19h/4xh) & Zen4 Genoa(19h/1xh).
