Log Message:
make: meta-ignore tests will not work if TMPDIR is /tmp
Since /tmp and /var/tmp are always part of .MAKE.META.IGNORE_PATHS
the varname-dot-make-meta-ignore_* tests will not work
if TMPDIR is either (or subdir) of those.
